Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to Sonity ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. 

2. Description of Service 

Our Service provides tools that enable users ("you," "your") to automate posting to social media platforms such as LinkedIn. While we strive to comply with the guidelines of these platforms, we cannot guarantee that the use of our Service will not violate the terms of service of any third-party social media platform. 

3. User Responsibilities 

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of service of any social media platform to which you post. You acknowledge that automated posting may violate the terms of service of certain social media platforms and that using our Service may lead to suspension, restriction, or termination of your accounts on those platforms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AQB Net Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonity and its parent company AQB Net Inc., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sonity and its parent company AQB Net Inc. makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content or the content of any sites linked to this Service and assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario/Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

9. Dispute Resolution 

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, ON, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. 

10. Severability 

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

11. Entire Agreement 

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonity and its parent company AQB Net Inc., regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and Sonity.
